In co-operation with the Canadian Broadcast Corporation, Do Right received permission to explore the CBC Radio Canada vault. We will be releasing a Jazz compilation entitled Ready or Not. Like Required Listening, this album showcases exclusively all Canadian material. Expect to hear Jazz sourced from the CBC Radio Canada archives dating 1967-77, all 10 tracks with varied styles: from Modal, Bossa to dancefloor jazz, plus all the other Canadian Jazz flavours. Most of these tracks are going to be available on CD for the first time. As for vinyl DJs/ junkies, we are pressing up some limited edition vinyl off of the original masters. So even if you have the original vinyl, you'll need these re-mastered versions! The CD and vinyl will be released in March 2005. More info to come. And FYI, with so much great material to work with, we are already working on Volume 2.'
